About the role:
As our Onboarding and Implementation Team leader, your mission is to transform our onboarding and implementation operations team into a state-of-the-art mechanism, ensuring every customer undergoes a standardised, efficient onboarding and implementation process that maximises efficiency and results.
Streamlined Onboarding Process: Reducing implementation time by 20%, minimising bottlenecks, and ensuring smooth customer implementation. This will be measured by onboarding completion speed and rates, deployment of upsells and customer feedback.
Improved Team Productivity and Efficiency: Increase the productivity of the onboarding team by optimising processes, implementing task automation and optimising workflows. This will be measured by tracking individual and team productivity metrics, as well as overall customer satisfaction.
Data-Driven Decision Making and reporting: Provide actionable insights to senior leadership using onboarding and customer data, by building the right reporting that drives achievements of the business plan. Measured by the relevance and effectiveness of recommendations that lead to operational improvements and customer retention.
Monitor and Report on Performance: Track key metrics related to onboarding efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team productivity
Implement Automation Tools and Analytics: Evaluate, benchmark, and manage tools while developing and delivering (dashboards, reports,
Lead the Onboarding and Implementation Operations Team: Manage and support the onboarding team to ensure smooth and successful customer implementations.
Enhance Internal Processes: Proactively challenge, improve, and optimize existing internal processes to increase efficiency and productivity, while owning the operational mission.
As our Onboarding and Implementation Team Leader you will have:
+5 years of experience in either sales operations or revenue operations;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic insights.
Comfortable in writing queries and pulling data, creating your analysis, data visualization., Solid data analysis and SQL skills
Strategic vision, shaping the sales operations for rapid growth and efficiency;
B2B Saas experience with sales teams of over 100 members;
Experience handling multiple topics at the same time and knowing how to prioritise them
Leadership and Team Management experience: Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and inspire the onboarding and implementation team.
Experience in Process Optimization: Ability to analyse, refine, and optimise onboarding workflows and processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Data-Driven Mindset: Expertise in using data and KPIs to drive decisions and improvements, including familiarity with tools such as Google Sheets, databases, and CRM systems.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on driving results in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment - comfortable with ambiguity and a fast changing environment.
