About the role:
As our Head of Sales - Brazilian market, you will empower, develop & lead a motivated team of new SDR's & AE's to continue Amenitiz's exciting growth in Brazil. You will have a great opportunity to have a massive impact on the success of our business and be our sales ambassador in a key new market.
Your missions
As our Head of Sales you will have 3 main missions:
- Be the Strategical Sales Leader
- You'll define the strategy for Brazil
- Be the People Sales Lead
- You'll recruit, develop, manage, coach & mentor a world class cross-functional Go to Market for your region
- Positively contribute to the entire LatAm GTM Team
- You'll not only build a brilliant GTM Brazil sales playbook but you'll share those best practices with the wider LatAm market
Your profile
As our Head of Sales you will have:
- Extensive previous experience as a Sales leader for high-performing teams.
- Previous experience leading a +20 people sales team. You will have managed Team Leaders before.
- Successful experience cracking an outbound motion in the Brazilian market preferably with ICP’s similar to Amenitiz ones.
And as our Head of Sales you can/are:
1. Native Portuguese speaker and fluent in English, and a strong and concise communicator.
2. A driven, professional, positive, effective, and motivational leader.
3. Thrive in a fast-growth business, with an appetite for high-speed, innovative environments.
