About the role
As a People Operations Specialist at Amenitiz, you work on setting up and optimizing new processes and tools in order to provide a great employee experience as well as to ensure that we execute our people operations in the most efficient way possible.
On a daily basis, you are one of the points of contact during the employee cycle by providing timely and accurate support to employees and internal stakeholders’ inquiries about processes, policies, and issues that may occur. This includes managing documentation for new joiners and leavers, assisting with payroll, job changes, and leaves during the employee's time in Amenitiz while ensuring legal compliance.
A big part of this role is how we operate daily and manage employee information and processes. Leverage tools and internal stakeholders to ensure quality and streamline processes.
Collaborate with the the whole of the People department in strategic topics that can get us deeper in our employee value proposition or boost our employee journey!
About you
- You have experience as a People Operations Specialist or a similar position, ideally in a scaling company, while working with Spanish legislation.
- You are fluent in both Spanish and English
- You are organized and able to manage a high volume of data and requests, as well as able to prioritize work while working on long-term projects in the meantime.
- You have high attention to detail.
- You are excited about implementing new processes as well as improving the current ways of working and always strive for efficiency.
- People around you see you as a problem-solver and you are glad to be the go-to person for any support or questions.
- You are a team player and believe that you get the best outcome from collaboration. You are excited about working in a very international environment.
