About the role:
We are looking for a Customer Success Journey Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for creating and managing multiple customer journeys designed to reduce churn and improve NPS throughout the full customer lifecycle. You will work closely with the VP of Customer Success and other members of the Customer Success team to design, implement, and optimize customer journeys using Planhat, a Customer Success automation tool.
- Develop and implement customer journeys that reduce churn and improve NPS throughout the full customer lifecycle
- Utilize Planhat to design and manage customer journeys, ensuring they are optimized and scalable
- Work closely with the VP of Customer Success to align customer journeys with the overall customer success strategy
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure that customer journeys are effectively integrated into day-to-day customer interactions
- Monitor customer journey performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of customer journeys and make improvements as necessary
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices for customer journey management and share insights with the team
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, customer experience, or related roles
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, a second European language is a plus;
- Proven experience designing and implementing effective customer journeys
- Experience using customer success automation tools (preferably Planhat)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
