As a DataOps Engineer, you will closely work with Sales, Marketing and Tech stakeholders to develop and scale our Lead Generation platform and model business data to enable data-driven decisions.

This position involves:

• Contribute to the definition of the lead generation strategy with the Sales, Marketing & Revenue Operations teams
• Collect & aggregate prospecting data: scrapping, scripting, data purchase
• Ensure the quality, availability and security of prospecting data
• Define lead-scoring rules & make them evolve
• Ensure a continuous feedback loop with the sales teams
• Build the Lead Gen Playbook
• Ensure the ROI of the various Lead Generation actions
• Build and maintain efficient and scalable data pipelines to feed our lakehouse and enable data-driven decisions at Amenitiz
• Build and maintain a robust and scalable infrastructure able to sustain teams' needs and growth, and data volume's a fast increase
• Work with your peers in the data team to evangelize data best practices, identify needs and contribute to our data strategy and roadmap.

Required skills and experience:

• 2+ years of experience in Python development, including testing, deployment and codebase refactoring
• 1+ years of experience as a Data Engineer, with a focus on building data pipelines
• At least one experience with AWS, e.g. service deployment on the AWS ecosystem, usage of console and CLI
• At least one experience with a lakehouse backend, e.g. Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery, etc
• Master SQL, git/Github and standard delivery processes
• Pragmatism and obsession with simplicity, efficiency, and performance
• Strongly oriented to quality and testing
• Eager to learn new technologies and frameworks
• Strong communication skills
• Proactive, driven, and entrepreneurial with a 'can do' attitude

• Experience in Revenue Operations
• Knowledge in architecture at scale, resilient and highly available
• Experience in the SaaS industry
• Worked in a fast-growing startup environment
• Experience in the hospitality industry
