Your mission

You will be engaging the online community by creating high quality actionable and educational content for the hospitality industry; you will be inspiring thousands of passionate hoteliers and ambitious private owners to empower them with knowledge and promoting the opportunity of networking around the most interesting topics regarding the hospitality world.

About the role

You will be responsible for developing a range of learning materials, including interactive modules, videos, and assessments, to support the training and development of hospitality professionals as well as growing the community.

You will have the responsibility to execute the strategy as well as coordinating with other teams internally and externally for the creation, translation and localization of your work as well as the animation of the community.

Some of your daily challenges will be: 

- Researching topics in order to bring a high degree of knowledge and value to our audience;

- Designing and developing interactive and engaging e-learning content using a variety of tools and technologies, including AI tools;  

- Creating assessments and quizzes to measure the effectiveness of e-learning content;  

- Acting while facing camera in video content and webinars when needed;  

- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in e-learning design and development;

- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of The Hotel Club online community;  

- Moderating the community to ensure that all discussions adhere to the rules and guidelines;

About you

• 1+ years of experience in e-learning content development;
• You are a French native speaker and have excellent English verbal and written communication skills;
• Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry and training needs;
• You are a curious, open minded and communicative;
• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
• You are a team player with a transparent and collaborative attitude;
• Video editing experience and/or a third language (Spanish, Italian or Portuguese) are a big plus;
