About the role

As our Head of FP&A, you will be working closely with the CFO, playing a key role by operating with the senior stakeholders and as a business partner of the different departments by helping them to plan and track their performance and defining and evaluating the ROI of new projects. You will provide insights and share your expertise in financial reports, analyzing and defining Amenitiz's decision-makers. You will be supporting both the financial and commercial sides and will become an integral part of the key processes of the company.

Your missions

• Prepare budgets and forecasts for Amenitiz divisions
• Prepare analysis and justifications of actuals, KPIs and deviations
• Support cross-functional projects to improve profitability
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and analysis
• Fully understand your stakeholders and make recommendations for marketing activities, data services, consumer insight analysis, and sales boosters
• Coordinate across departments to execute best-in-class activities
• Enable the team's monthly and quarterly objectives defined in Company's Business Plan

Your profile

• You have at least +8 years of Finance experience. A combination of national and international exposure is a plus. Preferably Big Four background and start-up experience
• You have at least +3 years of experience in FP&A roles
• A passion to make a positive impact on the life of millions of people through technology
• You're strong in providing thorough financial analysis and projections
• Outcomes-driven with an extremely analytical & data-driven DNA
• You are a doer with un-ending curiosity
• Great communication skills in English
• Past experience or knowledge of the hospitality industry & ecosystem is a plus
• You are able to own and drive a project from beginning to end
• You enjoy building and nurturing relationships and you are comfortable working outside of your comfort zone when you have to.
